17 Days
Hello All, Resolv here. 17 days today. I started this journey getting detox'd in the hospital. Staff was great, but the situation was tough. Excessively tough in my opinion. I thought drinking was bad. I believe my biggest motivator to succeed will be the thought of doing another 3 days in the hospital. Things are going pretty well. I can't sleep, but the tremors are going away, my thoughts are less "doom & gloom" everyday and I'm excited about sobriety.
Anyone out there do "Lifering?" I'm out of town next week on business, but I'm going to visit a meeting the following week.
Hey! Should I join the class of July 2014?
I enjoy reading posts and replies. Some are inspiring, others a reality check regarding what I should expect as I progress through sobriety.

Hi Resolve
Congrats on 17 days. The monthly groups are based on when you got sober...but there's no hard and fast rules.
