Two days
I'm back. Some may remember me from last year. Had enough seven months later. Luckily this time, I seeked medical help. Making things MUCH MUCH more tolerable. That Librium is the way to take the first few days from the alcohol. I can't seem to stop eating. Walks in the grass with the dogs really help too!
Hopefully the start of a long, sober path ahead!
The sleep hasn't been so great, sigh, but I know from the past it will return in time.
