Day 22 done and dusted:)
Up to 22 days now
feeling awesome. Emotions still a bit over the show, especially while listening to some of my favourite songs. Bringing back little memories of drinking.
I'm just as determined to do this as day 1 life's good. Have money. Keeping fit. Eating healthy. Living life how it should be lived. Thanks to everyone that has given advice

Hey Wardy - it's day 30 sober for me today and my urges have really subsided in this last week. I so agree with you - life sober is great. I feel so much better, I'm loving exercising, my mood is so much more level, I'm eating well - life is so much better in so many ways. Have a great sober weekend.
