I am going to give it everything I have this time. I have a doctors appointment next week. Going to have everything checked and work on becoming happy, healthy and permanently sober!

I started over many times too. After years of fighting it I was disgusted and exhausted - just like you are. I hope this is the last time you feel this way. I'm glad you're seeing your doctor - you're off to a great new start. You can do it.

I did the same when I got sober and came out with a prescription for Lexapro. I really feel like it helped a lot--lots of weird side effects at first but ~6 weeks later I feel great.
