Today is 19 days clean

Hey guys,
Today is number 19 clean and I'm feeling good. I never thought I would be able to beat my addiction but I'm doing great. My sleep is returning to normal although I wake early but that's ok because I'm going to the gym to workout before work. I can't say enough about exercise to help combat symptoms of WD's. It's helped me more than anything.

Sorry I haven't been able to post as much as I would like. It got hot here and I do HVAC work and I'm working long days and not getting in until it's almost time to go to bed. I hope everyone is doing good and I will continue to let you all know how I am doing. God bless you all.

Some studies show that exercise can cut the duration of wds and paws in half. I believe that personally.

Didn't want to start a new thread but it's 23 days. I hit a rough patch the last day or so with pain but I made myself go walk on the treadmill this evening and it helped. I'm proud of myself that I didn't take a pill.

Awesome job. I know firsthand how addictive pills are. I haven't had a pill except tylenol for about as long as you've gone without them.
