day 31 today :)
A short time ago this seemed impossible. One morning something inside just shifted and I knew I couldn't go on the way I was living. While drinking I kept pushing emotions, issues, situations, etc, under a rug and turned around to notice freakin Mt Everest! This terrified me so I kept drinking. Over the last 31 days I've been taking things on a little at a time as needed. At times I look at the mountain and panic but I just feel the feelings, let them pass and then get back to work. I wish everyone here love and strength

Tell me, are you starting to notice your head clearing up?
I dont know what it was, but starting right around the end of week 4 my mind just cleared up a lot. Suddenly started having random flashbacks to memories i thought i had forgotten.
