dear friends i am sober since last 63 days but today suddenly i have a scare of a slip since evening i have to take rs 12000 from one person but hes-not paying my money though i have been making requests since many days and now he doesn't pick up my phone the entire thing is making me go crazy dont know what to do

Hey Sameer,

Sorry to hear about your problems. I don't know what advice to offer about the money, but remember that if you drink the problem will still be there tomorrow but you'll have a horrible hangover to go with it.

i know drinking wont solve shall i goto cops with my treatment papers and seek help or shall i involve some aa members

i thinbki will take support of my doc and aa members in that area who canm explain my position and help me recover the money

i have worked very hard to sustain 63 days i have 27 days to go before my first 90- days and i dont want to dissapoint my group members who want to celebrate my 90 days

I think asking around and getting some advice on how to recover the debt is a good way to go Sameer. There must be some legal avenues open to you.

Like others have said drinking won't bring the debt in or make you feel any better

It sounds like you need some help with recovering the money...talking to your AA group is a good place to start for some advice.

Also, don't let go of how far you've come. You can get to your 90 days and fell proud of what you accomplish every day in the meantime! One day at a time.

thanks my slip did not trigger a bit relived today as received another payment i was worried about but that 12000 yet to come
