Congrats on 55 days with no booze! That's awesome! How are you feeling without the refined sugar? Any major substitutions?

Just fruit...I was eating so much junk and sugar which lead to more cravings....it was driving me bonkers...I'm shocked how good I feel ...small steps!

Congrats Koko!! I've been thinking about reeling in the sugar too. I don't think I'll be able to stop late night snacking if I don't. How has it felt for you??? Again, congrats! :-)

No booze, no sugar...you are invincible! Great job on both. I am currently trying to taper the sugar habit but only make it about 1-2 days tops and then its all out chocolate fest. HaHa, it sounds so similar to my struggle with alcohol.

Good on you! I haven't had refined sugar in about a year. I see now what poison it was for me. Eating clean (no processed foods, no sugar) has made a world of difference for me. I will never go back to that...blech!

Congrats of 55 days and great to know that eliminating sugar reduces cravings. I have replaced the booze with sugar and refined carbs. I need to change my evil ways!!
