hey

Hey guys I was 6 days sober then caved in couldnt take it and had to drink and ive been drinking little bits every night for last 3 days, back to drinking after work I feel like I need a drink tommorow then im gonna try to back off it again start going to gym and get strong again

You can always get back on the wagon again. Don't give up just because of a little slip.
