So tired
To much to write just so tired of it all to many people to look after getting told off by kids try and help them I'm over it all even went to beach and had a talk to god got home to friggen crap I feel beaten

You are not alone. I struggle with life stuff. I don't feel adequate and worthy of sobriety sometimes.
Be kind to yourself. You are worth it.
It does get better. If i didn't know that as FACT i would be drunk. Like i always was. Same old.....
