Starting to even out a bit
Starting to even out a bit
Hi all I have been beer free for a little over two weeks now, and it seems I am leveling out a bit. My thoughts aren't as negative anymore and are easily focused on positive things. My emotions seem to have come to an agreement as well. What is done is done, let it go. What is, is. I have been exercising almost every day and eating regular meals throughout the day and night.
I still have my AV speak to me everyday, but I feel normalish again, he isn't having much luck. I can't say I want to drink really. My biggest issue in the first few days was boredom, but that is pretty easily remedied. I think all the exercise is keeping my mood up, so I know that is helping a lot. I am also really enjoying eating too!
I guess this is what I have read as, the fog lifting? I wasn't sure what that meant until now.
Anyways, for those in the first few days, I just wanted to give a report from a little over two weeks. Hang in there, it gets better soon and then you really have something to work with.
Thanks SR

Yay! Awesome news!
I believe we're on the same day.. and today was one of the first days I felt great. I know it will be a roller coaster for some time, but the fact that I had a great, confident day today is promising.
Yay us!
