10 days sober wanted to say hello AGAIN
Im ten days sober, after relapsing AGAIN for the umptenth time. Im not persevervating on my recover like i did last time. Just taking it from day to day, working and doing constructive things with my day off. Usually my days off and boredom would trigger a major binge. Instead of hitting the bottle on Friday, i hit the gym,, really struggled but did it. Figured it was definately a better option than the alternative. With that being said, i really dont think about alcohol much at this point, just KNOW, i cant drink. The end.
