I am addressing my sexual addiction for the first time. This is the first time I have counted days sober. My last relapse on Thursday was with a very cherished friend. Thankfully, she said no. But, I may have destroyed one the most important friendships in my life.

Forthehorde, yes be proud of those small victories and give yourself a pat on the back. At 3 years 4 months sober today, I'm only beginning to realize how important it is to acknowledge being positive. I'm beginning to live in the solution instead of the problem. Rootin for ya.

4 days now. The desire to slip back is pretty strong, but tempered by the knowledge of the pain the last relapse caused.
