Sister on her way home...from rehab

My sister's coming home from rehab today, my bf just left to bring her back home. I've never been so nervous to see her in my entire life. I'm not sure what I need to say when I'll see her or what to do. The last thing I want to do is being a trigger for her. As an addict/alcoholic I know what it's like to get sober even though I've never been in rehab. I know if she really wanna stay clean she will, it's her own choice but it's stressing me to see her after so many years. Any tips on what to say/do to help her?

Don't tip-toe around her. Treat her like you would, your regular sister. Acting special or different around her will be a trigger. Just be glad and honest and don't talk about HER recovery. If she brings it up, great. If not, leave it alone.
Just make dinner, or go out and enjoy seeing her!!

didn't have time to discuss the boundaries that I have in my house, she left saying she'd be back later. she talked a bit about her job so hopefully she went to see her boss and will be back soon. i don't think she would start using again less than an hour after getting outta rehab, well hopefully she wont
