it was drama free (I had to avoid some girl friends calls this weekend to make it so though)
walked my dog a bunch of times
ate a breakfast that was bad for me, but it tasted so good
I didn't get sad at all about my situation
I have plans for Halloween
I have friends to talk to again that I haven't talked to in a very long time
I got my laundry done, cleaned up the place

Today was a good day because it was raining for the 4th straight day...so I went to the mall and treated myself to some new soft flannel jammies.

Today was a good day because I learned to step back and take a deep breath when I try to control how people think or what they say.

Today was a good day because God kept my son in His care and let me live my life well.

Bc I food prepped for the week.
Bc me and the kids needed a lazy day... and we got it! (We are on the move 6 days a week)

Today was a good day because:

I volunteered in the Nursery at church, watched my son learn to interact with the other kids. Had a blast attempting to read the kids a story, and tried to do voices.

Had early dinner with my parents, enjoyed our time together.

Went into a store and saw they were putting out Christmas items (Love Chrsitmas)

Made a batch of White Chocolate Macadamia Nut Cookies ... with the help of Betty Crocker.

I had a good day Sunday because all my children were with me, they smiled, they weren't using. We cleaned up the yard and laughed at the kids that came to our home in their costumes trick or treating, we had 85 goblins! My husband was nice to me. A rare day.

I went to church and worshipped my Heavenly Father

I walked an hour with my bflf (best four legged friend) the weather was divine!

I made a wonderful dinner for my husband who also happens to be my very best friend and who also thanks me every time I make dinner whether it turns out good or not ...

I made progress on a project that has been ongoing for months and I see a light at the end of the tunnel finally

I had a great day because I took a trip down memory lane, and moved through the feelings I was faced with. Actually embraced them and shed a few tears. Laughed at some silly things and then went to an amazing concert benefitting those impacted by the Colorado floods. I got to see Dave Matthews perform solo without his band, The Lumineers, Big Head Todd, Dvotchyka and The Fray. It was an awesome night with people coming together from all walks of life to help others. The compassion in the room was overwhelming. I was reminded of just how much good is in this world. It was a very good day.

- I found a forum to vent/interact/learn/and share with people who understand. (yay for this forum! so happy I found it!)

-I stayed sober

-I got to sleep late because I did my reading for school in advance instead of last minute

-I was able to focus on me

Today was a very hard day, but I made it through without any tears, I was close when selling my wedding ring, but I made it!

Today was a good day because I'm working my way out of our debt, full well knowing that there will not be any help from my xah. Accepting this and making a plan brings down the stress a little.
