Feel so much better than I did 3 weeks and 1 day ago! It is amazing how things fall into place when you do the right thing. Family life is better. Business is better. I feel like a huge weight has been lifted off my shoulders now that I'm not justifying my drinking. Went out of town for a business meeting this week and was caught off guard when co-workers wanted to go out for drinks and appetizers after the meeting. I was always the biggest wino but this time I just ordered water and lemon and I thought it would have created tons of questions but nobody thought anything of it! I was very observant of how much wine the others were drinking.... maybe 1/2 a wine glass full. I would have had 1 or 2 bottles myself!
