don't worry I am too but they still love me and just want me to get better. I am on day 14 also and come tomorrow it will be the longest I have gone with out a beer in 15 years. Its a big mark for me but not the end.

Today is my day 7. I could say that it "should" be my day 21, but because I smoked pot a week ago I had to start back at zero. I was disappointed in myself, but I learned that I never want to feel like that again. The important thing is that you came back. No ones is perfect. This is a lifelong disease and life is full of triggers and weak moments, and you are human! After I smoked, someone told me to strive for progress, not perfection. Learn what made you pick up and don't do it again. If you do it again, try not to beat yourself up! 14 days is awesome! Congrats! Also, F*CK THE ZERO!

Its not like that 6 months was wasted. It had to of opened your eyes. If it were me I would think long and hard about why I turned back to booze in that instance. Squash that reason you slipped up.
