Thirty days and thirty nights

Mini-milestone here. Pleased as punch not to be punch drunk!

It feels good too. Worth all effort and the struggle to have a head that isn't bonkers with booze and a decent night's sleep and the daily obsession with drinking dissipating.

Highly recommended!

Thanks all. I have made a point of posting positive messages. Understandably people post here when they are struggling, but sometimes I wonder if that creates too negative an impression for newcomers. I'm not suggesting anybody changes anything or posts other than what they wish to, but I am making it my mission to remind myself here how fantastic it is to be free of the demon booze!
