I'm lucky I guess - after three nights my sleeping gradually returned to normal and I am currently sleeping better than I ever did while drinking.
Just back from AA. They don't do the medallion thing here so much it seems, but I got lots of 'well dones' there. Was a good meeting too - mostly about accepting we are alcoholics (if we are of course!)..
