No no no !!!

You've got 90 days - the worst of the physical symptoms are over !!!

I'm in PAWS hell at 31 days.

Please fight thorough this for you.

New people are showing up every day. I think Friday's have extra heavy traffic. So why not go in and give some words of encouragement to all the newcomers. Chances are there will be something in their stories you will recognize and can identify with. . . That'll keep you busy

hey raider, sorry it's biting you in the butt right now. happens to me too. in counseling, I got some advice on dealing with cravings. maybe it can help you. it's a 4 step process, and it's not hard at all.

1) admit it's a craving. (I go, "yep, it's a craving.")
2) know it WILL go away (they always go away)
3) picture the worst moment, worst thing you've ever done drunk
4) picture something wonderful in your life that you can only get if sober.

you can do this! No matter how bad the craving is, it will pass and you will be okay.

The more you get through things the easier things get Raider.
Some good tips here:

Raider, I always appreciate your posts. How about fast forwarding to next Friday, how good will it feel to have ridden this out and have that under your belt? And then look at the alternative, if you give in to it, you are going to have to live with all that dreaded guilt. I hate giving advice, but I always say what I would want people saying to me if I was on the edge.....

You rock and you can do this!

I'm Sept 2 as well! day 5
It was bad coming home tonight....dreaming wine.
Just finished a chamomile tea while reading SR. Now I'm thinking of how good it will feel to go to bed early, then wake up with a clear mind early, so I can ENJOY a Saturday!
-not feel like a zombie half the day!
Day 6 tomorrow.
