Stress and Putting things in Perspective
Good morning to everyone. Day 2 here. Feeling a bit better after some sleep and trying to deal with all the upcoming stress I'm facing regarding my husband's legal issues, but I have a horrible stomach ache and no appetite.
I know I need to really get a grip on things and focus on today, but it's kind of difficult. How do you all deal with stress? I'm trying to take deep breaths and live in the present, but all the what if's and if onlys are crowding my thoughts. Anybody have any relaxation exercises or other ways to become more focused?
