Congratulations on Day 4. Don't you love that morning feeling. If you know you struggle in the afternoons, make yourself a plan about what you will do when your inner voice starts talking...Take a walk, read a book, call a friend, journal....Enjoy your 4th Day

Isn't it brilliant thewill? In the five months that I've been sober I have had almost a full week's extra sleep (I calculated this) than I used to have yet I'm getting up earlier than I ever did.

Congrats on 4 days, TW! Great job! I resonate with the desire creeping up as the afternoon creeps up - it's as if I wanted a reward for getting through the day. Coming here, getting support, getting busy with things that make me feel as good as what I was trying for with my DOC (connection with others seems to especially accomplish this) - starts to move that desire further away.

Congrats again!

P.S. Love your dancing bananas LadyBlue
