So I'm doing the insomnia thing again tonight. Not sure if its so much giving up alcohol or the fact that I've had sleep issues most of my adult life... which was part of the reason I started drinking so heavily to begin with.

At least there's the Perseids meteor shower! Thinking I'm going to break out my camera and do some long exposures to kill the time.
