Day 10!!!!!
Haven't posted in a few days, but I'm at day 10 of sobriety!!!! I have been doing well. Have alcohol in the house, but haven't touched it. Sleeping better--heavy, deep relaxing sleep and lots of it! One day this week I woke up at 9:00am! I haven't done that in probably 20 years.
Tomorrow night there is a party in honor of my husband and others. I think this will be my first real test. I'm planning (and hoping to stick to it) on being the designated driver. We'll see how it goes.
