I'm 5 week sober and already had to miss out on family get togeathers and other fun things due to them being in licensed premasis at first this made me feel sad but I no now its a small price to pay for my sobriety

Hang in there.
Things change. Eventually we can do everything we did before plus more. The only thing sobriety limits us on is we can't drink
But it takes time to get there. I was a bathroom drinker...had to go to my slippery place many times a day
