Scared.

Hi all. Not really sure what to say here. In the throes of pretty horrible withdrawals and I don't know that I can cope.

I'm assuming you are talking about alcohol. Have you spoken to your doctor? They can often be an enormous help.

Yes, alcohol. Should've said.
Horrendous nausea. Sweating. So tired I can barely move.
The nausea is the worst though.
Not been my doctor, no. Too ashamed I guess.

The Docs have all seen this stuff. It's more common than you think. Alcohol withdrawal can put you in some serious danger. It's worth a small dent to your pride to be safe.

Hello, I would go to your doctor. They have seen it all before, its very common. They will be able to offer advice and help you. There is nothing to be ashamed of.

Hope you feel better, it gets easier.

Take care.

I'm not good at admitting I need help. But not very good at dealing with withdrawals either, lol. Think a visit to my doctor is probably on the cards

to SR! Do check with your doctor. They can help you in getting safely and comfortably thru the w/d.
