Hello,
Well, you can always come here and post for support when you are craving.
Attend an online meeting
Look into other forms of recovery
Go for a walk
Eat some hard candy
Remember HALT ( Hungry, Angry, Lonely, Tired)

Welcome to SR! This community has been instrumental for my recovery.

Welcome! I find exercise helpful when cravings come up. Also, focusing on my breath. And reminding myself what happened in the past when I drank. I also spent time consciously linking the craving with negative feelings (nausea, dizziness) in order to lessen the cravings. (just feeling the craving and consciously remembering the nausea at the same time)

Also, focusing on why you want to be sober is useful.

Hey welcome. And congratulations on 7 days. I really try to focus on the moment..getting through the moment and situation at hand to build my sobriety muscle. I can't think beyond that..it overwhelms me too much.

'Then I woke up.
I had to admit that AA showed results, prodigious results.
I saw that my attitude regarding these
had been anything but scientific.
It wasn't AA that had the closed mind, it was me.
The minute I stopped arguing,
I could begin to see and feel.
Right there, Step Two gently and very gradually
began to infiltrate my life.
I can't say upon what occasion,
or upon what day I came to believe
in a Power greater than myself,
but I certainly have that belief now.
To acquire it, I had only to stop fighting
and practice the rest of AA's program
as enthusiastically as I could.' "
