Cravings From 2nd Hand Smoke

First: I have been quit for 1 Week, 2 Days, 10 hours, 45 minutes and 29 seconds (9 days). I have saved $41.94 by not smoking 151 cigarettes. I have saved 1 Day, 1 hour and 10 minutes of my life. My Quit Date: 6/18/2013 9:55 AM

Today was tough all day. I was craving nicotine just as much and intense as Day 1.

On top of that alcohol relapse thoughts came back!

I think the time I spent with my friend driving to the pantry and to McDonalds provided enough 2nd hand smoke and nicotine. To start craving again.

Serious consideration to do this Saturday as far as helping him shop.

Hope you all are doing well.

Gritted my teeth and cursed all day...but did talk with sponsor, neighbor, and sister.

How is everyone?

It's been a very tough week.

Keep it up. It will get better, then it will get GREAT. I wish I could make it go faster for you, but just hang in and hang on.

Besides, what's the point in starting something if 1 or 2 minor setbacks are gonna make me give up.

Thank you Spirit for giving me the strength to keep going.
