Hi everybody. Today I graduated from a UK top ten University with a 1 (First Class Honours) BSc in Psychology. I thought I'd just check in to share this good news with you all, as many of you here will remember me applying to University and my elation at getting accepted all those years ago.
This result is testament to the power of recovery and that it truly does work. Without my recovery then none of this would have happened and I would have either been dead, in prison, or a mental health ward.
Thank you to everybody here that allowed me to share my story and for all of your support. Anything is possible as long as you are sober and honestly doing your best to move forwards in your life, however tiny the steps may be.
I have faith that the next chapter in my life will be as rewarding as this chapter has been, providing I keep doing what I'm doing and being honest and true to myself.
Keep The Faith

Awesome and congrats Neo!
Quick question, do you still feel that you are undergoing profound mental, physical, spiritual changes these days, or have you mostly leveled out in a good place right now? Around what time periods did you notice the most amount of change?
Keep up the good work, posts like yours give the rest of us hope and inspiration.

Glad to hear things are going well! I hope to be taking classes this spring, to get my teaching certificate, on the road to teaching high-school English. I can't wait to be back in school. in both senses.
