I spent the day essentially asleep I was up maybe 4 hours and slept 3 more..... I'm forcing myself to be awake now... Writing a 10pg paper on crap I hate!! But it's the last for the semester... I don't want to spend my life asleep but it seems as though I can't stay awake... Help

I remember being really fatigued too - I think some of us really do a number on ourselves in those years of addiction.

Once the paper is out of the way maybe you can settle into a routine - set bedtimes and regular meals, keeping active helps, I think

So understand. I was like that alot the 1st several weeks. I loved to sleep! I was told some of it is the mental changes along with the physical changes we are going through.

Hang in there, your body is healing from all the crap it has been through.

Jstanthgrl31 , I am a crack addict . I'm no expert but unless your currently using, being tired Is not part of withdraw from crack. Correct me if I'm wrong but this is your doc.

I believe you, and if your sleeping all the time, then you need to seek medical advice from a doctor. If needed go to the ER.
