In recent weeks, there was a thread where Ann had posted helpful information that was something I could grab onto.

I like to go back and re-read helpful gems and did a search for that particular thread but couldn't find it.

It was along the lines of how one must "just show up," letting go of preconceived expectations and those of others, following a healthier path. I am not sure if the thread included text from The Language of Letting Go.

Thanks in advance for any suggestions.

I just did a search, had no idea Ann was such a whiner, lol, and didn't see anything. Are there any others details that you remember?

if you click on Ann's name the drop down box will give the option of Posts by Ann or Threads started by Ann...that might help? or you could PM Ann and ask her directly!

So, I realize my request was so vague and sorry for that. After I posted and then on searching for threads related to The Language of Letting Go, and not remembering the specific wording, I reailzed it's like looking for a needle in a haystack, lol. I should have bookmarked the thread! Anyway, going back over threads that are related to The Language of Letting Go, I read through this and think it inspiring, perfect for me today, and fitting for moving into spring:
