Day 4 Goodbye my old friend codeine.
Day 4 of coming off codeine. Possibly the most bad I have felt (Please don't take this as you can't do it. It can be unpleasant but the rewards are many)
My hair hurts, my skin is very itchy and the head aches have returned BUT ....All this means is that nasty drug is leaving my system.
This morning when I looked in the mirror I saw my pupils slightly larger !! They have never gone passed "pin-point for years ! That's a RESULT. Also I didn't have the horrible chemically bed sweat (Sorry too much info perhaps) I could smell every morning. The fuzzy head is lifting I even laughed. The temptation is still there, is head over body one minuet at a time. Thanks for all your support XXX
