way to go Lizella! Hang in there, ur in for a ride. I'm still doing it one day at a time and 12 step support AA and a sponsor. Quit 9-9-12. I had to go to treatment to detox off opiates but I can't do any thing without a higher power than me,cause I'm a train wreck waiting to happen when I do it my way. I'm not thinking my way into a new way of living. I'm living my way into a new way of thinking. And some days are better than others!

Congratulations!

After many failures I'm at day 3 too. There is so much support here where I don't feel judged for failing.

With each morning try to remember the pride and often with no sleep how much better it feels than a hangover. Remember the pride it's important , If your fuzzy don't worry it will go. My emotions were all over the place , so I checked the money in my pocket and remembered how proud I was at not picking up during those evenings.
Focus on that week then try for ten days remember it's just a collection of single days and you've done the worst one!!
Keep here and keep going.
