Thank you everyone for the warm welcome. My born again date is 6-30-2010. I havent looked back.
sometimes i forget that im an alcoholic... It just isnt in my mind anymore. Wonder if thats a good thing? Lol anywho, it is nice to be here.

Congrats on your sober time - good job!!! I think it's great that you're here. After my last relapse, I realized there's two kinds of "forgetting." One is forgetting I'm an alcoholic because I'm involved in my life, and the other is forgetting that I can't pick up that first drink. The first one's OK, the second one's not.
I've found so much inspiration and support here - it makes it easy to avoid the kind of forgetting that got me in trouble the last time.
