Day 1
Hi All
Well this is Day 1 for me, i feel great! Im tired from a bender last night but just decided out of the blue that was my last drink! Yay me! Even poured the remainder of the alcohol down the sink!

Welcome and congratulations. It tends to get muuccchhh better from there. Kudos on the pouring it out, a gun to my head after a binge wouldn't have got me to do that.

Welcome!!! Great job on pouring it out. I had a crisis last week and nearly gave in out of desperation. I poured all mine out as well.

Going through the withdrawal, resisting urges, etc is SO worth a lifetime of freedom and peace. Continue to post!
