Can't stop crying

Day 5. Can't stop crying, shaking, puking and pacing. I just want to climb in bed and hide under my blanket until tomorrow. I felt like super woman for the first half of the day. Now I feel worse than having a hangover.

Just needed to vent for a second, sorry.

day 6 will feel better...try to relax and breathe. sorry you feel so craptastic....eat lightly.

That first couple weeks is a ride...Use whatever support you have...And most important...Don't have the first drink.

I have done olympic crying at times.
Always feel tons better after.
Like Sapling says, this is normal at the beginning.

Hi scamp. We know how hard it is, but it will pass. You'll feel a little better each day. Night time is harder, because there are no distractions. That anxious feeling will end, though. You're dong great. Better days are coming.
