Some Mornings Are Harder Than Others

It is freezing and snowing, couldn't sleep and like looking for a reason to drink like that would change anything so I turn to SR. And nothing needs changing, it is what it is. Good day all

I know what are you feeling. Maybe you can try to go out, in spite of the weather. Just put some warm clothes, and take a walk. Any action helps, but sitting and thinking about booze certainly doesn't.

I despise the time of year when shorts and sandals are no longer an option!!

I took a hot shower and put on jeans and heavy shirt[now need to find my truck and brush it off but wait till the roads clear a bit. It is like life it changes over night like drinking and then not drinking
