finally taking care of myself
finally taking care of myself
Day 19! Stuck it out and things are very different... it's amazing having a clear head and no hangovers... I had no idea how much time I was wasting getting high on weed/recovering from hangovers. The weekends are rough but I'm doing well in general.
I've noticed that little things I used to ignore have suddenly become much more important to me - things like flossing my teeth, taking medications on time, clean laundry etc., keeping the kitchen clean, responding to emails, etc.
It feels good to finally take care of myself... just figuring it out at 21 almost 22 lol but it's starting to come together.
Feeling very grateful.
Has anyone else had this experience?

Taste of firts cup of coffe in the morning, waking up with clear head and smile, fresh air of a rainy morning, getting work done without striggling with hangover - all these little things make a colorful picture of the life instead of narrow focus on drinking.
