not doing well at all. thank you for listening. i managed to relapse hard again! going through some withdrawal but have no one to speak to, and to confide in... chased everyone out of my life it seems like. day one for me, well, and i am not doing well, stuck in my bed all day... physically and mentally stuck!
Hi,
I'm sorry that you dealing with this. For me, nothing got better until I stopped drinking. It was very hard to do at first, but I had to get alcohol out of my life. I hope you feel better soon.

Eve it will get better when was the last time you drank? How long were you drinking? Just asking because for me the depression, anxiety lasted for days. It got to the point if I relaped one day after not drinking weeks or for a month the results were the same. It stinks no doubt about it. Just trying to understand where your coming from. Hang in there and your not alone.

hello hope22 and thank you. last drink was this morning, i have been going back and forth recently. drinking a lot, then stop then drink even more... developed a high tolerance obviously...
Please do not hesitate to go to the ER. It can be dangerous withdrawing from alcohol. There's no shame in getting help with it. I think most of us did in one way or another.
Check into free/low cost help in your county. Many offer services like that.
There's no need to try and do this on your own. People are there to help.
