I'm still here! Day 18.. This has been a process, I swear! I'm doing good but MAN my emotions have been all over the place. Sleep still sucks.. But that's life!! Still here...

Over two years ago I was at 18 days sober and feeling like sh!t sometimes. But I just hung on a day at a time and took good care of myself and it got better. It really does get better.

Beetle, That sounds perfectly normal for 18 days. It takes a while to undo the damage - we promise it will get better. You're doing great - very proud of you.

Beetle, glad you're still here. The sleeping thing is really tricky. It comes and goes. Naps have helped me a lot. Somehow I sleep better in the afternoon than at night. I'll trade bad sleep for hangovers any day
