First crosscountry with a sober body!!!
For the last 6 months every Sunday afternoon , I have lined up in a handicap running race against ankle biters (plus my own kids). It was a first step as it meant I had to be sober to drive the kids there. Well today the kids were up against a person who was able to put in a couple of extra runs this week (First week of sobriety) and I kicked butt 
. If only they knew what they are in for !!!.It felt good to finish strong. Only one cherub over took me and I only had a 10 sec head start on him
