I know that, for today, I must turn my will and my life over to God as I understand him.

I'm really good at turning it over...but I'm a bit too good at taking it back.

I'm writing this to remind myself...yet again, that I need to let go and let god!!!

My life is unmanageable!!! I cannot manage it...GOD CAN IF HE IS SOUGHT!!!

I am seeking!! I'm giving my life to God for today.

I often have a problem with "snatching back" what I gave to God. I have taken to praying with open (instead of closed) hands to remind me that I am offering to God the things I cannot control. The open hands also remind me to be open to the gifts that God is ready to send me.

I hand it all over , then think, hang on God, I will just borrow it back, and give it a small adjustment here and there , then You can have it back!
