Hey everyone,
Just wanted to say hi and introduce myself. I have been sober since 6/12, after quite the battle with alcohol. I was in detox over Memorial Day weekend, and landed back in on 6/12. I was there for 4 days, and am now in an outpatient program 4 nights a week. So far, so good. I look forward to chatting with and getting to know you guys.

I know I have a long road ahead but 2 weeks is a LOT for me lol I was in rough shape.

Congratulations on getting sober! Having lots of support was the key for me and I'll know you'll find that here like I did. This place propped me up many times when I wondered if I could get through the next hour or day without drinking.
