So shhheeeeeeees back! I've had a very rough time of it lately...health stud ..alcohol stuff...family stuff...the usual
What's different this time
I have a solid plan including my regular therapy and now aa
Going to a womans meeting at noon my time so like an hour from now
I'm excited but so scared..I've only been to one meeting awhile ago but now I'm doing this thing for real
I hope aa helps me as it has so many of you
Please send out good thoughts for me today
