Just saw a movie
I just watched "Extremely Loud Incredibly Close" from the red machine....WOW!
Have you ever needed to cry, but were tired of crying in self-pity?
This movie is about 9-11. It is very well done! I cried, but at the end, I felt so much closure in some ways. That day did affect me greatly. That day we renamed (6 months prior to that day, I, in a weak alcoholic moment, at the age of 38, decided it was okay to try crack...) crack "Thrax." That day was a turning point in my using--about halfway to losing everything and everyone I held dear to me due to that drug and my choices.
Anyway, I suggest if you need a good cry and a good ending, go rent that movie. Remember the tissues! I feel so much better now.
