My sober time is growing.
Hi everyone.
I took a break from this forum, and decided to focus on recovery in real life so to speak. I have done numerous chairs at aa meetings. this singularly has been the best influence on my sobriety to date. It has helped me focus and steady the fact in my head that I am an alcoholic. There is no doubt about this now. The second thing it has done is that it has danced on my ego. it has kept the thing from running amok on me and has helped me stay on top of my situation.
I am feeling good. I want to continue this thread, but I neednt say anything else except that I hope anyone new here sticks with it. It is worth the pain, and there will be pain. There is no growth or change possible without feeling it!
