You came to the right place! Read around a lot and see what the different forums have to offer. There is a Class of January 2012 support group that you can join and be with folks in the same approximate recovery times as you have: http://www.soberrecovery.com/forums/...ml#post3242277

This forum is another good one! (Newcomers) Chat can be a real treat, I don't go much because my typing is terrible when I try to type fast. Oh they have no issues with it, some even claimed that "I can read Itchy!"

That is how nice they are. So I go once in awhile. And there are many support and fun chatty threads and forums too.
So settle in, look around, post often and reply when others do with your experience and you will be amazed at how much easier this is than going it alone.

Hi Solo! It's great you found us. I remember after a week I began to feel so much better. It's good that you're seeking support and encouragement - you'll find it here, and you'll never be alone.

Peoria has some great AA meetings. You'll fit in well there.

Wishing you the best.
