Hearburn, stomach issues?
I never had heartburn or at lot of stomach issues when drinking. Now that I haven't had a drink in a few days...I'm having some stomach issues. Burping more, feels like twitching in my stomach, mild heartburn. Anyone have or has had this?

It was pretty common for me while I was drinking, and when I stopped...usually for a week or so afterwards.
See your Dr if you're in pain or otherwise concerned tho - the cause of your problem may be different to mine

Hi and congrats on your sober time
When I got sober I seemed to get sick every other day and I never got sick when I drank (I was probably too toxic for germs)....it took awhile for my system to right itself but eventually it did.

I was like you, but I kept drinking until "Igor," my stomach, who once was like a steel drum, eventually became ill every time I drank, or ate, or drank....
Igor was given a name as it consistently gave me problems...
I found out by 2 months sober that Igor loves and tolerates spicy foods!
Tonight Igor is full of spicy Indian food & quite happy.
It ALL gets much better! Stay stopped!
