8 months....

Well SR fam, as of midnight tonight I'm 8 months sober. Just wanted to share that with all of you and thank you for being my "cozy blanket" when times were tough. I learn everyday from all of you and for that, I am most grateful.

I most certainly do feel healthy

but I must say the absolute best part is, MY MIND feels healthy - oh what a blessing. I wish this sense of peace and well-being for each and every one of you....and you CAN have it...really, you can.

Thanks Sissy ~ that made me feel so good.

And I did do something nice for myself...I bought a massive print of Paris and hung it on my wall at the foot of my bed...as an inspiration for me to get my butt there and EAT my way through it
