Day 11
this feels great. A couple months ago I went to my doctor for a complete physical. (I really wanted a medical expert to get in my face and make me realize the danger I was putting my health in from my daily consumption) I had gained 15lbs, was bloated, had pain in my kidneys, exhausted, depressed, unbearable anxiety issues. He prescribed Zoloft. After 7 days of committing myself to sobriety, I threw away the pills. Even I know that drinking was the culprit of my aliments, not age or hormones. Day 11 brings energy, a physical well being, strength and a positive attitude. I'm looking forward to day 365. Thanks for all of you, SR has been a major "prescription" in saving my life.
